SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
Orders will be shipped on business days only (Mon – Fri) excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be received and your credit card authorized by 12:00 PM EST or your order will not be processed until the following business day. This applies to all shipping methods including Next Day and 2nd day delivery.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facility. All orders will be processed and leave our facility within two business days. Orders must be received by 12:00 PM EST in order to be processed the same day of receipt. Orders received after 12:00 PM EST will be processed on the next active business day.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES
To determine the date you’ll receive your order, use the following calculation:
(Order Processing Time) + (Shipping Method*) = Estimated Days to Delivery
*Shipping Method is defined at UPS-Ground, UPS-Next Day Delivery, UPS-2nd Day Delivery
